Constructing building in sustainable way will lower down strain or damage on local infrastructure and also the productivity of the workers can increase. On the other hand, the green design would be effective in cutting emissions from ozone and would decrease HVAC costs. Therefore, sustainable construction can provide long term effects and would play a big hand in protecting environment (Entchev, Kang and Lee, 2015). On the other hand, the indoor technologies theory focuses on providing extensive support in smart buildings. The building owners can be able to keep track of the people, materials and resources so that construction work can be carried in expected file. Furthermore, the engaging high class technologies in buildings would help the workers to enhance their efficiency and design the building that are environment friendly and does not lead to high pressure on limited resources. Experimental Set-up For the purpose of gaining better result from the project then experimental workplace will be developed. The Economic Research Centre for Distribution Systems and Renewable Energy Sources has been focused for declining the energetic costs that is tied on buildings. This will help in providing effective solutions related to the use of renewable source and resources of energy for the purpose of smart buildings. On the other hand, through the system the percentage of emission released will be acknowledged in order to know the amount of damage caused to environment while constructing building. Furthermore, the experimental workstation will help in minimizing the operation costs and will provide economic return by renewable source in building construction (Dixit et al. 2012). It will also support in consuming less energy so that pressure from limited resources can be removed. Apart from that, practice of production of energy will be done through the experimental workstation so that effici ency of the smart building can be checked. Results, Outcome and Relevance The use of renewable source of energy for the construction of small building will be investigated. On the other her hand, the people involved in the project will be assessed that whether they are performing and using the resources in efficient manner or not. Therefore, the parameters will be set for each task so that work can be completed on time. On the other hand, the technologies that are used for the project plan will also be investigated. The cost related to acquirement of technology will be analyzed so that overall cost of the project (Prum, 2012). Using the green energy and indoor technologies will help in reducing operation costs and would secure the economic return that is relied on investments. Therefore, the variables can be easily applied on the buildings which will ensure long term effect of the buildings. Moreover, the building will use less electrical energy. The chosen project area has been well investigated and identified which helped in structuring the rest of the study. The project on using indoor technology and green energy for smart buildings has been effective in providing the details about its benefit on the environment and economic. Moreover, it will ensure sustainable building approach among the builders. Therefore, it will motivate other building owners to be sustainable in constructing building and making most of the use of renewable energy. On the other hand, the study has focused on discussing literature review in context to existing or earlier studies. Therefore, it provided valuable information that could be used in the project plan. Apart from that, the study also comprised some limitations such as shortage of time in collecting more information and budget. However, the study was carr ied in proper way and due time.
